GTA V woes....

Go to solution Solved by Ilikecake,

Well  I removed my gamepad controller  and the game loaded up just fine   It seems this "EZFRD64.DLL "  was causing the crash it appears!

Thanks for the specs i need to update that :)

Well I'm one of the unlucky one that has problems trying too play the game,  I installed the game and all that is needed too play, I click on the game too play and I get pass the Social Club log screen and then it crashes and that's it.... I  I have no idea what todo,,, Now this is where it gets a bit funny,. I goto the GTA 5 Properties and click on the compatibility tab and check the "Run this program as an administrator and then when i try too boot up it says GTA5.exe not found, please reinstall the game....  I have removed and reinstalled from steam 3 times and no luck, reinstalled my video drives 2 times and no luck, I'm at a lost on what todo other then wait and hope they patch it?

No problem.... Maybe that would help others that could be having crashing issues with the game. I saw that the. Dll deals with USB controller deal, so I removed the game pad and the game loaded up just fine,

Played a bit and seems too be running smooth on my rig Xeon power rocks :P

You're lucky it was such a small problem. My $18Million garage full of beautiful cars from Xbox 360 just disappeared when I transferred. I have felt R* shove a broomhandle up my ass after buying their game. Twice
