Youtube video problems

I am having problems with some of my videos the first video I uploaded was rendered and editing using adobe premiere pro https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Abrd9mOyAc and was fine.

The second video was not in fullscreen, but still uploaded in premiere https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ssb3InzzD_g.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I can't see anything wrong with it, check the videoFootage.mp4 file and see if it is the problem.

It looks exactly the same as the fullscreen video in vlc maybe I should just redo it.

That's weird, the project file looked fine. And if the original is then I have no clue.
