windows 7 installation blackscreen

hi i've tried to install windows 7 on my new build pc and it was almost done it rebooted then it said finishing install i haven't had the option to make an account yet for administrator rights and it black screened andevery 1 minute my pc beeped can someone help me?

CPU: intel i7 4770k 4,1GHZ stock cooler  RAM: 8GB Ripjaws G-Skill8-GB-DDR3-1600 (2x 4gb)  GPU: GTX 760 Msi dual fan PSU: corsair cx 750 WATT modular MBoard: gigabyte-ga-z87-d3h  HDD: WD Caviar black 1tb  SSD: samsung  850 evo 250gb  Keyboard: Corsair K70 MX Cherry Red Mouse: Corsair M90 Headset: Gamecom 780 OS: Windows 7 X64
