Premiere Pro CC Export

I'm relatively new to Premiere and I'm wondering how I can export a video at the exact same settings and format as the source/input file.

Well you go to File > Export > Media and make sure you set the same output settings compared to the source file.

There is even a setting for exporting it on the same settings as the input... just go throught the list

I'm using CS6 but when I use my button that says that it renders as the same res and format as the video preview in the project, so it doesnt work out for me.
