I ordered a new hard drive and want to know a few things

Should I do a fresh install of windows 7 people say its always better

When I download my steam games will they be saved so I don't have to start again

Or is it better to do a fresh install then copy over all my games and other stuff thanks

Easiest thing to do is install windows onto the new disk then copy everything else over afterward
