Your best chances are with someone in germany, or italy to ship it to you. Buying from the US and then shipping it across seas and boarders with the extra cost of re-packaging it for that kind of travel is going to be through the roof expensive. If anything, you can save A LOT more money by driving out to a computer shop in a near by town and buying the parts to build a new machine.

You should first find out how your country's import laws work, and how much would you have to pay for getting hardware in.

For example, I paid around 770 US dollars for my 980 to a local retailer, but if I ordered through amazon or NCIX it would have costed me $550 + $100 shipping + $165 (30%) in custom charges and tax, thats $815. And that's through regular Mail, Fedex charges a fortune before and after you get your things, and I'm not familiar with charges from DHL and UPS but I guess they are similar.

 

So if you can buy locally, I would recommend you did so, plus warranty claims would be much easier
