Fan Controller

I'm planning a up coming water cooling up grade and need some help. I'm planning to change my case from Corsair 600t to Corsair Air 540 so I can add a 3 x 120 radiator to my loop. My main concern is temps and fan control, because I currently run a hackintosh also which on the Mac software side doesn't offer much fan control except  medium and high. I was looking at the T balancer and Corsair link. I'm looking for a controller that can control the fans by water temps but I don't know were to look cant find the t balancer and not sure about corsair link......help

Thanks guys I believe I will go with the Aqua Computer Aquaero 5 LT I don't think a display will look right side way in the corsair air 540
