CM Storm Trooper fans

Hi, I am about to be making a PC with the CM storm trooper. I have heard that the rear 140mm fan doesn't blow much air at all and that the top 200mm fan is noisy. Can anyone verify this or say what you have experienced. I would also be interested in any fan replacements that anyone has done because of issues with the cooler master fans. Thanks.
