How good is this pump?

I recently discovered Swiftech's MCR140-X which seems perfect for a small ITX loop I plan to do in the 250D. I researched the pump a bit and it seems virtually the same as the MCP50X, would that be powerful enough for a small loop like this?

For a loop that small it will do a good job. I've always been a fan of rad/block mounted pumps for small loops
