HTPC CPU cooler?

I built a HTPC this week for my living room and so far its going well. However I'm using the stock intel CPU cooler and damn that thing makes some noise! I'm using a Silverstone ML04 with a 20 anniversary Pentium 1150. What low profile and quiet cooler can you recommend for up to £30ish?
