Z97 mobo

I'm looking to buy a new z97 more but I'm not particularly familiar with the Intel lineup of motherboards. I don't want to spend more than 150 USD and it must be either all white or black with white accents. Overclocking is a must and at least two pcie x16 lanes for sli. Can anyone help?

Any Z97 board will be good for OCing.  MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition is what I'd get.
