I would change to the SSD I added below, Kingston isn't great in that area but other than that looks pretty good. You could get away with just 8gb of RAM if you wanted to save money.

I would just pick up an h81, or the cheapest LGA1150 motherboard, don't bother with a gaming motherboard that isn't z97 (or gaming motherboards at all) if you don't plan on overclocking.

forgot to say my budget is under 40 dollars aud.. And I don't think the store I'm going to sells that gigabyte wireless card

this would probably work for you. Doesn't have the latest AC wireless standard, but if your router is a couple years old you probably wouldn't benefit anyways
