NVM lol turns out what I thought was the mute button was something else... FACEPALM

Hello guys, my mic is really kind of muffled like it can hear me breathing but when I speak into it i don't hear anything. It also picks up my pc audio for some reason idk why. I have messed around with the level etc but there all set up high, any suggestions? (Astro A40 With Out Mix Amp)

It's defective. Return it if you can and get headphones instead of a terrible headset. If not, RMA it.
