I'll just list some of the weird issues I've been having with my PC

1. Restarting the PC takes 30 Seconds to a minute but just booting up the PC takes like 10 Seconds

2. A game crashed and I couldn't get out of it so I turned the PC off with the power button(Just tapped it, Didn't hold)

the PC turned off but the LED was still on and i couldn't turn it back on, i had to turn off the PSU

3. Apps sometimes wont open and I have to restart the PC to get them to work

Temps And Performance are both great, noise is okay but the but the three GPU Fans+2 Chassis fans+ Two heatsink fans do add up

I have a gigabyte GTX 970 and an i5 4690k running windows 8.1 all at stock
