mic playing pc output sounds

my microphone is playing the pc output.  do go more in detail i have a mixer than i have my headphones plugged into the phones port of and my mic plugged into the xlr mic port.  i have rca audio to 3.55 mm going from the cd/tape output to the mic jack in my pc, and rca audio to 3.5mm going from the input on the mixer to the headphones port on my pc, check the image below to see it.  The buttons below it, which you can see in the picture each solve a problem, but cause another.  when none are pressed i can hear the mic live, but no pc sounds because they are really REALLY queit.  with the top one pressed i can hear the pc fine and everything is perfect, except i can't hear myself live.  if i press the bottom one then i can hear myself and the pc, but my mic, no matter the recording software, picks up the sound of my voice, good, but also my pc output sounds, bad.

i feel like having the bottom button pressed is the easiest way to fix it, so how do i get my microphone to stop playing my pc output.
