My System is in Problem Hellppp!

Hi, My is not working fine from past 1 week. when i try to make it on is is not getting on . It gets on for a second and swicth off back and and again gets on and again go off. i remove the dvd drive after that i goes on but when i am using the graphics card like in the games or in cryengine i works gr8 for a minute  but after that it restart again . Same scene every time . Please help me on that.

 

Intel i5 4440 processor

2gb amd sapphire r9 270x dual graphics card

8gb kingston hyperex fury

1tb harddrive

2 cooling fans

1optical drive

Crosair 650w psu

well actually it don't boot up until i removed the disk drive . After that it is working now normally but whenever now i use the graphics it restarts .

So the system didn't boot prior to removing the HDD? But now it restarts when you put the graphics card under load. Are you using on board graphics?

Yes but somtimes it still don't boot and specially when there is load on graphics card then it reboots. Is there any problem with the PSU

Sounds like a faulty PSU. 650W is well enough for this system, but if the PSU is starting to fail it could easily be the reason behind all this.
