Im looking to get a pci-e network adapter

 

ASUS PCE-AC56 802.11ac Dual-band Wireless-AC1300 PCI-E Adapter

would this be good enough to play online games, netflix, etc without any problems.

 

My internet is great, just worried the adapter won't be able to take advantage of it.

Ethernet will always be better than WIFI, but this should do fine
