Pc power on probelm

it turned out,that my cpu cooler was coming  loose.

sometimes powers on just fine with display,and sometimes just the cpu and the gpu fan are working and the mobo lighting,2 other fans do not,also no hdd led activity.

 

been having this probelm for months,would be awesome if someone can help.

things i did
new ram(borrowed from friend for his new build)
new mobo and cpu (msi gaming 3+4460) kept those,wanted an upgarde.
new psu (borrowed from friend for his new build)

removed everything,and tested one thing at time,still nothing.

Are the 2 other fans going through a fan speed controller or you have them connected using a molex connector straight from your psu? Have you tried the fans at some other build, or even connecting them on your motherboard?
