Eyefi mobi card activation code

I purchased an eyefi mobi card off of ebay and received it today. I've been trying to pair it, but the ad-hoc network it creates is password protected wpa2 and the app is denying me activation because it says that the code is invalid. I'm not sure if it is a one use code or what the issue is. Does anyone have any experience with these cards? I'm considering just doing a brute force attack and trying to break down the passkey, but that seems like a lot of work just to not have to buy a card reader and plug it in.
