motherboard help

i im planning on building a new system with a amd athlon 2 x4 630and ive got it down to the asrock fm2a88x extreme 4+ or the asus m4a78t-e.

This is my first "gaming" build and this is what im thinking of using in the system;

corsair cx 430

amd athlon 2 x4 630 revison c2 95w

ati radeon hd 260xt 512mb ( smaller card for the fm2+ socket)

4x 1gb corsair ddr3 ram

650gb 3.5 sata drive

Can abody recomend which one might perfrom better

What's your budget? And please use PCPartpicker and make a build list so it's easier to review the parts

well i just need to get the motherboard and ive got 120 pounds gb for it

The asrock seems to be better. I would cheap out on the motherboard and instead spend some more on other parts, gpu and ram specifically. There are many other cheaper options with the same chipset. Are those the only ones available?

If you told us your budget we could probably suggest a better combination
