Bluetooth not apearing in windows 8.1

Check 'dem drivers again.

 

Also make sure you've seated the card correctly as if you put it in a longer PCIe slot it won't be able to take advantage of a locking pin to hold it in place like a graphics card.

re installed drivers and i already had it in the small pci slot made for that type of adapter should i change it to a big one?
