Recently bought a custom pre built pc around a year ago and I have a question about my Gpu temps . Currently running a gtx 660 zotac synergy edition 2gb , @ idle it runs 28-31C and gaming it goes up too 75C (never seen it past that) with fan speed @47% , I was wondering if that was a decent temperature and how long my Gpu should last running at those temps ? Also how can I check my cpu temps in real time while gaming without going into bios?

That temp is normal. Use a program like MSI afterburner.
