Can't Change Power Plan Minimum Processor State...

Can't seem to be able to change the Minimum Processor State in power options, the setting doesn't take effect.

Try a restart

Done that 3 times now :(

I have high performance set with min/maximum procesor state at 100% but my CPU reduces to 5%?

does it let you set 99%?

The changes set but it doesn't affect my CPU :/ I'm trying to fix the DPC problem in my other topic and nothing seems to work :/
