what to get?

Go to solution Solved by Zonus,

There happens so much in the GPU industry, so it might be better for you to just wait it off for now. In the meantime, you could overclock your 660 in case you haven't already done that.

I know it might be a bit of a lame response, but you could also save up money to get an a flagship card.

Unless you're an enthusiast, or you simply have a good job to pay for your parts, PC building can be quite the waiting game.

okay currently i have a gtx 660 it runs fine, ive played fc4 on med settings (latest big title game ive played) i was considering buying a r9 290 (used) or a 280x (new) anyone have any recommendations on what cards i could possibly look at for around £200 price range and i would like said card to be good for at least a year and a half of new big games pref high settings.

or do you think i should wait on and keep my 660 and wait for the AMD 300 series?

Thanks in advance. =]
