Alright... I want to stream BF4,but i can't because my FPS drops to like 20-30 on low. I usally get around 90-130 on ultra. I'm using NVENC encoder,so it's using the GPU. Any ideas why? Thanks. :|

The game and Xsplit is on my SSD.

Try setting it to use the CPU, you should be fine with that since you have an i7, and it using the GPU currently could be the cause.

I'm thinking it's the RAM on the card,i'll try that.

Could be that, though if its eating away at the GPU's available processing power that would mean that it can use less for the game, which in turn would cause lower framerates and such.

I agree with TheKDub, also by the way, you may already know this but for better longevity and slightly better performance it's better to have one large SSD versus raiding multiple.

Yeah,i don't have them in RAID. I just got the second one after the first one (250GB) started to get filled up.

It's noticeably choppy. It chops and lags. I have 5Mbps up,and i'm streaming at 3Mbps. Any idea?

Well multiple SSDs in RAID 0 or similar will give greater performance and storage capacity as the data will be striped across both drives.

Are you dropping frames while streaming?

(XSplit should say on the top bar "Dropped Frames: " or similar)

No. http://www.twitch.tv/jamesfitz1223you might be able to see the stuttering though.

Not necessarily because you're having to search and go through and wear out more of the cells thus not good for longevity because they will degrade and become slower faster.
