Who here has made a custom case and what did it take?

I have a Fractal R4. It's good, but it's not cool enough for me. I may just Frankenstein the drive cages and the board tray. I can figure out the other stuff by going to home depot and searching around for some downloadable case templates on Reddit or some older forums. Anything that I am forgetting?

It would be expensive but you could just by a Caselabs. The best way to build one would to use a break press and bend aluminum.

Yeah I just don't really have more than $200 for that because as you can see my build was not cheap and I actually just bought all of that.
