SO recently I built MY new pc (specs in the signature) however whenever I try to run it in the dual bios mode it starts up for 5 seconds then turns off and then it just keeps on doing that this machine won't post either and the debug led flashes some random line thing and then disappears. I have tried bread-boarding it on single bios (when it runs in single BIOS it starts up fans and everything but no display, This also works on both the backup and main), still no display. I have even tried plugging in my GPU howeverit still doesn't  get a display. I also know that the monitor DOES work so that'snot a possibility. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

Make sure you have all of your PSU power cables seated properly, and also check your RAM to make sure it's seated properly, mash delete when the systems starts as Gigabyte BIOS will try to auto-adjust the bios resolution to get a response from your display. Try using the onboard video without the graphics card installed or make sure you're hooked up to the GPU's display connectors if you're trying to boot with the GPU connected. This sounds like a RAM issue though.
