so i just moved house from a 35/1.75 speed to a 10/.75 speed  :(


basically i upload a lot of videos and it really slows everything down to about 2. is their a way i can seperate my upload and download connections so that the upload will not affect my download. or is their a way to seperate my pc from everyone elses with freqency or something


 


if it helps i have an adsl2+ connection

You can always throttle your upload and download, though I believe throttling capabilities are per-software, and you can't do it manually for your entire incoming and outgoing connection.

No, that's how ADSL works. You can't make your upload faster by sacrificing your download. It's a fixed standard.
