Moving files on Android lollipop

HI all so I have a lot of pictures and music on my phone HTC m8

and have filled up the 16 gig internal memory and got a SD 

now I just need to move things to it 

 

 

Any advice on the best app or other method for doing so?

Get ES File Explorer app from the play store.

There you can move around files at will, copy, cut etc.

Did Google remove the restrictions for moving files to SD in Lollipop then?

 

On topic - I second ES file explorer.

ES File Explorer is a good free file manager. I personally use Solid Explorer.
