Budget help

My friend has asked me to build a PC for him. He said he needed a Wireless network adapter as well as a keyboard, mouse, and monitor in his budget of 900. I put this together but I really don't feel comfortable with that CPU. On top of that I'm already really pushing his budget. I guess that I could get a different GPU but I'm not sure which one. Finally he doesn't really care what colors are in the color scheme, he just doesn't want a mash of colors. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

He doesn't really need 1k. He'll be golden with only those extra 14$ I mentioned, although that is still overbudget.

You know what.... give him those 14$ as an early birthday gift. He'll be thankfull.
