oc advice?

Depends on the chip. Increase the clock a little at a time, test with Aida64 and HWMonitor/Realtemp to ensure it's stable. Go until you're happy. If you start seeing issues, back off the OC a bit or increase the voltage a little until it's stable. 4GHz should easily be achievable.
