Wifit Button Not Working!

My wifi button on my laptop is not working. I had to clean it anyway so I took it apart, applied new thermal paste and hoped that taking it apart and putitng it back together would solve it. It didnt and the button to connect to the wifi isnt working. It has a light indicator to show if its on, which is white. Its orange which means it off. Whenever i hit it, nothing happens. Is there a program i could use or go into the bios somewhere to turn it back on without using the button that isnt working? Cause without it on i cannot connect to wifi.

Network settings > Change Adapter Settings (Or something along those lines.)
