I would like to replace the fans in my computer. The case is Azza Genesis 9000W

These are the fans i got:

4x Corsair SP120 Quiet Edition (for side panel, for hard drives)

1x Corsair AP120 Performance Edition (for back, for more heat disapate[CPU Cooler, Thermaltake OCK])

Any advise on where the Fans should blow the air (especially the SP fans[for both panels])

Also i would like to ask if my ThermalTake OCK cooler have a Pull-Pull Configuration (<---CPU--->) or a Push-Pull Configuration (<---CPU<---)

SP[static Pressure] fans are designed to be against something. AF[AirFlow] fans are not. SP fans belong in a tight area, or against a radiator/heat sink.

Two SPs on the CPU cooler. Is there a front fan?

no, the front is mesh. question is

1) how should i have the air flow for the cpu cooler ("image" on top)

2) SP fans for side panel (2 fan for each) to get some cooling on the fan. what should i do, both sides for outward air flow, both sides for inward air flow and one in and one out air flow

Definitely push/pull on the cooler, not pull/pull.  I would put the AP fan on the back and have the other 2 SPs on the front as intakes.

idk why but currently my push-pull gets the CPU hotter than pull-pull

for the sp fans should all four as  pushing the air inward towards the HDD
