Memtest Confusion

Ive been doing Memtests with Memtest86 all day and have tested everything one by one. Tested each ram module seperately, tested each dimm slot seperately and got 0 errors, all passed. Last night i had all 16GB installed and got 160 errors and just tried with all 16GB installed again and got errors, again. Any idea what this entails?
