System upgrade , doesnt boot to windows

Hey guys.

Built a system upgrade consisting of new:

g3258 & 3.2 no oc

Asrock z97 aniversary

Corsair Vengeance 2x4 1600 CL9 RAM LP

gtx 580

System loads to UEFI and works just fine , when i leave uefi and it starts to load widows when the staritjng thing apears and when thoose colourful things start to join together the windows logo it blue screens and restarts.

hard drive is old, whit all the old data

You should try formating your drive, your drive is trying to boot up the drivers for your previous build and it's failing most likely.

EDIT: tl;dr Try re-installing windows.
