i am trying to get the parts togheter for a not to expensive gaming pc and is was wondering if it matters what amount of sockets i use and what for an mother board i should use

Yep it matters your CPU has to match your motherboard 

yes i know that but dus it mather much preformens wise

Use PCpartpicker to check if it fits.

You should be able to figure out which CPU is better by yourself, But if you are unsure you could always ask here on the forums.
