Help Using HDPARM

Hello

Laptop : ASUS n56vz

HDD : Seagate Spinpoint ST10001LM024

My HDD Laptop always power saving very quickly

so it increased my load / unload cycle

 

things i tried :

-power option -> hardisk never turn off

-using keepalivehd -> don't work

 

can HDParm make my HDD not go to sleep ?

if so

how to do it ?
