Creative Audigy 4 Pro problem

Hello, I own a Audigy 4 Pro and everything was fine until one day that windows stopped recognizing it, and to install it I wound have to do a manual device manager setup ,and before in the Device Manager it said "audio 4 pro processor" and after it said just "Audigy processor"

 

it work pretty fine no problem

but when problem came to be I toke it out (problem was I think it slowed the pc because it running faster when its out or it just feel like it)

 

any ideas ?

 

and If u know will an electrician could fix the problem ?

When i'm not playing PC games i'm playing with my PC parts  Fans,Pumps,Filters,  :wub:  :wub:  :wub:
