Nepton 240M compatibility

I have an intel-based on system inside an aerocool vs92 blck ed. I wonder if there would be any problem in compatibility with the cooler mster nepton 240M for my cpu, with regard to the DIMENSIONS, height, length or width. 

 

Need to know your CPU and motherboard.
