Which one you prefer nvidia shield form you would prefer

at the rate nvidia updates the shield i would like a console with intel atom quad core because it will outperform ps4/xbox one soon in both cpu/gpu raw performance and allow the use of more than just android like linux/steam os and windows with dx12 to better use gpu/cpu power.
