BSOD ntoskrnl.exe and PSHED.dll

Well Ive been having this BSOD for a very very long time now. Going on six months or more and I have tried everything I can think of to diagnose the cause with no success. I replaced my GPU thinking it may be the cause to no avail. I ran prime 95 for about an hour never going above 67c. I also ran windows memory dianostic about three times no with no errors what so ever being reported. Checked both my SSD and HDD no problems. My specs are as follows and I have attached a screenshot of bluescreenviewer in the hopes maybe someone out there can figure it out.

I7 860 2.88GHZ

8 GBs Samsung 800mhz ram

Sapphire AMD Radeon 6970 2gb

Thermaltake TR2 RX 850 watt PSU

My mobo is an FX6840 intel H57 chipset board

Corsair Neutron GTX 120gb ssd

Seagate 1TB 7200rpm HDD

Any help would be hugly appreciated. I just have no idea at this point and am on the verge of pulling my hair out over this.
