So i had a iPhone 5C since September 21st 2013 and i been through 12 Lightning chargers already. I take as great of care of them as possible, I even got the iPhone 5C dock where the lightning cable plugs in to it and still they get "fucked" (idk if i can curse lol) up at the same place, At the part where the lightning port and the wire meet. I have used Third party choices and still same issues i duct taped all at the same places where i am getting the issues and nothing works idk what i should do at this point and idk what reasoning it would be if its my phone. I don't want to deal spending more money on chargers till September when i plan to buy a HTC One M9.

Bonus: Since they all keep dieing i give them to a friend that despises Apple and he destroys each cable i give him that are dead xD

forgot to also say i use the default plug that came with the phone.

Sounds like you are just unplugging them wrong. Never, ever, pull by the cable, only pull from the connector. I have an original 30pin that came with my 4s that still works perfectly to this day (almost 3 years old). My lightning cable that came with my 5s is still in immaculate condition.

I always pull from the connector even then i use the dock now.

Just try to be more careful with them it sounds like your tugging at an angle or keep straining the cable at sharp angles at times. I do know if you put some 3:1 heatshrink on the connector end it does help stiffen it and hold it's shape more so it's less prone to bending, also sleeved cables can somewhat increase lifespan if you tend to chafe your cables often.

I personally have a now an almost 5 year old iPhone 4 cable when i got the phone and it still had no issues other than being a grey more than white.
