Issue With OS and RAM

Alrighty, So i remembered a while back i had down clocked my RAM from 2400Mhz to 1600Mhz, So i decided to ramp it back up to default but now my system is only having half of my 16 Gbs of Ram as usable, BUT it is seeing all 16Gbs... Wat? The Motherboard i am using is the M5A99FX Pro R2.0 Motherboard and the RAM is Kingston Hyper X KHX24C11T3K2/16X, Any idea how to make it all work properly X_x? Also, I am using a AMD - 8350 Black Edition Vishera CPU.
