The one just below the mouse wheel?  Or perhaps it's the mouse wheel click?

I'm not sure if this is what you are mean but the only thing I could find was the on the SS Sensei Raw and the Mouse Button 4 is the right mouse click.

 

Edit: As for the regular Sensei, I'm not sure but I found out that MB4 on the RAW was the right mouse click as shown on their website
