Technically you can, but:

 

- You need a 1366 motherboard that supports Xeons AND overclocking. Not many of those exist.

- You can only overlock it by raising the FSB (multiplier is locked) which you can't do by a lot since it also messes with memory clockspeeds and so on.

 

In short. Don't do it.
