10 keyless with macro buttons

I am looking for a keyboard that is cherry MX and has no number pad but has dedicated macro buttons

 

I can't really think of any TKL keyboards with macro keys. Do you really need the macro keys? :c

 

Or is it just the "I think that I might, sometime, maybe use them."
