Firstly, not being harsh or anything but using full words and not text speak would be helpful some.

Secondly, I use windows phone as well, it's a nice OS, my favourite for the simplicity of it, and how easy I find it is to use, but the few limitations I find are customisability, the lack of companies making devices thus making for a more competitive market, and the hardware used in most devices. Honestly, app selection isn't something I find limiting beyond not having snapchat anymore. Every other app I need is there and more.

If you want a new phone that isn't WP, then just wait until next month and a plethora of new devices will be released, including the asus zenfone 2, which looks to be the best budget based phone of the year but still has very high performance.
