Herro! I need help... I was cleaning out my pc... and then I cleaned it out... and then I booted it up... and then it wouldn't turn on because it was stuck in a loop... once I finally got it out I had to defrag my ssd... then my headphones were not detected... so then I got them to be detected... then they didn't make noise... I changed the jacks from the back and the front and it wouldn't go... I asked reddit and it was useless... then I tried it with a speaker to see if it was just my headphones... it wasn't so I need your guys's help and thank you for reading all this... and if you help me thanks even more :D

Your writing makes me want to jump out a window. Write the way you speak, and if you speak like that you'll probably get slapped.

Right click the speaker logo in the taskbar and go to playback devices, then see if your output devices are listed there. Right click them and click "test", you should hear sound. If you're hooked up to a TV or something, it may have set the speakers as default.

Next step is to reinstall your audio driver. Open device manager and see what you have under Sound, video, and game controllers. The regular headphone jacks won't be controlled by anything Intel, Nvidia, or AMD. If It's an OEM computer (HP, Dell, etc) then go to their website and enter the PC model. If it's a custom system, google the model and the manufacturer (Gigabyte, MSI, etc) will have drivers.
