Windows Shared PC Problem

I have threes PC's on the same network and for some reason one of the PC's gives this error when trying to connect via the network "Logon failed the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer" The PC is able to acces my other two computers, but the other two computers are not able to access the PC with the problem. I have already spent hours looking at local policies and changing the permission but nothing has helped. Has anyone had this problem and found a solution to it?
