Help! plz

So I just finished my new build with an i5 4690 on a z97x Sli Board and 2 Gtx 660s in sli and after downloading the drivers and windows I got a system crash and then I kept receiving them when i went to play League of Legends  and I dont know why because I checked my Temperatures everything was fine and I downloaded a program to maximize CPU performance and they went up to 70 degreese celcius after a while and so i stoped the test but when I play a game like LoL my speakers make a weird noise like its about to crash and sometimes it takes along time to crash and sometimes it will right away. Also  dont know if this would help but sometimes when im playing league if it doesn't crash right away my fps that i leave uncapped will go down to 35-50 from 140-200 and just lag ;/.

Uninstall the cpu program

Delete GPU drivers and download them again

Turn youre pc on and off

Update Motherboard drivers such as ,LAN,AUDIO,CHIPSET

Reinstall windows do a clean wipe.
